Description
Accessibility flaw for blind users:
There are images that contain information implemented as background-images using css-styles.
Screen-Readers ignore background images and on top of that the alt-tag is missing. They have no access to this information
which makes the website often incomprehensible or incomplete for them.
Consequently background-images need to be replace with img-tags with valid "alt" description.
