We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

I'm pretty sure you came to the wrong issue tracker. This one is for the actual ChiliProject which probably is the software you use for your issue tracking. And thus, this issue is definitely out-of-scope here.

Please check the sites and re-create the issue at your site.
