Welcome to ChiliProject.

Unfortunately, this error is unrelated to the ChiliProject core but is caused entirely by the plugin you used. As we can't possibly support all plugins out there (and I personally haven't even heard of the haltr plugin) I have to decline this issue here.

Please contact the plugin author directly and try to solve the issue with him. Only he knows the plugin and can fix and support it.
