ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.
We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description
3.0.0-beta1 is almost ready to be released but I'm unable to complete it right now.
I've gotten to step 6 of HowTo Release for the Major version, except I haven't created a release branch yet (step 4).
Is anyone available to finish this release in the next few days?
