Description

Currently the My Account page consists of a single page (account) containing a link to another action (e.g. change password). Some plugins add functionality to this section, which is then usually reachable by a link which is rendered in a partial right next to the "Change password" link. I think it is a good idea to restructure this section using a navigation menu to have a place where additional actions concerning the user's account (like change password, change avatar, change API keys, etc.) can be placed (Maybe you get the point looking at the attached screenshot).

This patch only introduces the navigation menu with two items "My account" and "Change password".
