Show login name in register/account_activated mail (Feature #694)

Description

I just noticed that in the account registration process, when I register a new account and choose a login name, this login name will not be shown to me again. So for example if I made a typo in the login name I have no chance to notice it.
Including the login name in the following mails would be a solution.
  • register.text
  • account_activated.text
