Description

It would be nice to have the possibility of creating a reference list (of e.g. papers, books, etc.) automatically.
One could define the reference in the text and create the reference list by calling one command (like in wikipedia).

Do you mean the list in the bottom of wikipedia articles, somewhat akin to footnotes?

Yes that is what I mean.
The syntax there is <ref name= ></ref>.
The List is then build up by calling <references/>.
