We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

I've reviewed this one again for our aaj to 1.3.0 merge, and I think it was all working as expected after all, I'll make sure it works on current unstable too.

As far as I was able to test the preview on the new issue form as well on the issue edit form works as expected.
