Example: 5938048. The automatic merges on github put an (as far as I could see not editable) line on top of the commit message with the pull request number in it in the #\d+ format, which happens to get picked up by the "repository to issue link"-creating scanner but are wrong. It would be nice to be able to exclude some keywords from the scanner, I don't have a good idea on how to implement it though (apart from making the "put keywords here" field accept regexes…).
