We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.
Display TOC in sidebar (Feature #253)
Description
In current version, the space reserved to sidebar is almost wasted (only 3 links to start page, title and date indexes to the wiki). I think it would be great to automatically display the table of contents in this area, so we can use this empty space and gain some place in the displayed page.

Many of my wiki pages have long titles and would overflow the sidebar.
I'm also planning to add a new layout to ChiliProject that will move the project menu to the sidebar (the one with "Overview", "Activity", etc).
