We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

758f2f0a4efdab9b8e4654efb71fbbdd81fa7b00 removed the shoulda/context tests in favor of the old Rails styles tests. This needs to be updated or reverted back to the new syntax.
