We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description
The current liquid gem version referenced in the Gemfile (liquid 2.3.0) has some syntax errors in rubinius 1.9 mode (see https://travis-ci.org/chiliproject/chiliproject/jobs/9136029#L168).
Liquid 2.4.0 probably solves that, but maybe we can move to ~>2.4 to pin it to the major instead of to a minor revision. The current version (2.5.0) doesn't have the syntax error.
