We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description

The current vendored SVG library has major issues on Ruby 1.9 (e.g. ParseDate is not available anymore). This e.g. prevents the redmine_graphs plugin from working on 1.9. There exists a "fork" of the SVG library which aims to make it 1.9 compatible and provide it as a Gem, there is no aim to add or change any actual features.

We should remove the vendored library and instead use the gem.
