We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description

Users have the option to change email notification settings, if they use "Only for things I watch or I'm involved in" they won't receive news.

I would like to have an option to always send news or select "News watchers".
