ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

New forum link displayed when not permitted to create (Bug #1117)

Description

Under the Forums menu item, you can see the link New forum even though you may not have the permission to do so.

Expected: the link is not visible if you cannot create a new forum.
This is to be consistent with the behavior of the wiki, where if you cannot edit a page, the link is not displayed.
