We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Description
Currently the fieldsets are shown/hidden using some inline JS. Without JS enabled some are hidden with no way of showing their contents.
These should be replaced with some stand JS and CSS that won't hide the contents should a user not have JS enabled.
