Issue Query Vote Patch - only allow to show columns vor roles with special right enabled

I need help on http://pastebin.com/iNLHd56P at the moment all roles get the new columns in the issue list. i want only that role with right "permission :view_votes, {:issue_voting => :view_votes}, :require => :loggedin" are alllowed to show those columns.

The link is dead, but in any case: there is no easy solution to limit visibility on columns/filters in the issue list, the only way I can think of currently is to wrap the Query methods that provide the list of filters and do the actual querying.

No, my musings above result from rough knowledge of the code at that place, I haven't actually implemented new columns from a plugin, sorry.
