"Daily digest" Email notification?

Hi,

Similar to this, was that already discussed for Chili? I still frequently get bugged by users about the amount of emails they get, often caused by an overuse of "Add watcher".

It would be quite helpful to have something like a daily (or configurable) digest.

Or could this be done similar to Reminder Emails?

Didn't want to create an issue now directly, cos I read that Eric is already been working heavily on email notifications, not sure if that is already in there.

I'm not doing anything with digest emails. Feel free to open a feature request and maybe someone can write a patch for it.
