400 Bad Request

Hello.
When I try to delete the attachment I see blank page and the file was not deleted. In system log i found the error message like this:

only one: lightbox ( https://github.com/zipme/redmine_lightbox ) but everything worked and suddenly stopped working deleting attachments.
