ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Task statuses aren't working correctly

I have a Chili installation with a couple of projects, with a bunch of issues per project.

I want to change the issue statuses to the following:

New
In Queue
In Progress
In Progress - On Hold
Completed
Invalid
Deferred / Future

For any issues created before this change, I'm only seeing:

New
In Queue
Completed
Invalid

For any new issues, I'm only seeing:

New
In Progress
In Progress - on hold
Completed
Invalid

It doesn't make sense to me. Whatever issue statuses I enter should show up in the status drop down.

Please advise.

You may need to alter your workflows for the appropriate roles to enable the status to show.
