We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

Change description in issues

I can't figure out why I can't change the description field after an issue (a task in this case) has been saved. I have full rights in the system. Is there a setting (preferably system wide) that I can activate so that the description field can be edited always?

After you've opened the edit pane, there should be a little "more" link (top left) that shows the fields for description, subject and tracker.
