ChiliProject is not maintained anymore. Please be advised that there will be no more updates.

We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

issue update delay

Hi all, I am a brand new user of Chili and must commend you all on a great product! I have noticed there is a delay in the propagation of updates to issues (i.e. changes to issues such as RESOLVED etc dont happen immediately, in one test case it took half an hour), is there a config setting somewhere I need to modify? As I have said I am new to Chili so the most basic help/instructions would be greatly appreciated.

Your ChiliProject is probably synchronously sending e-mail, have a look at Email_Delivery for more info and ways to mitigate that.
