We do not recommend that you setup new ChiliProject instances and we urge all existing users to migrate their data to a maintained system, e.g. Redmine. We will provide a migration script later. In the meantime, you can use the instructions by Christian Daehn.

create ticket via email

Dear Members,

I'm trying to setup my chili to receive email and create ticket.

outgoing mails are configured with google apps and working great.

I try to follow this guide (http://www.redmine.org/projects/redmine/wiki/RedmineReceivingEmails),

my method is Fetching emails from a POP3 server. (google apps).

could someone guide me on what are the steps to be taken.
